The 'wind of change' as coined by Prime Minister Macmillan in his 1960's speech referred to political tensions of the time. But the phrase illustrates the force that follows when people stand firm on a passionate belief. The passionate belief acts as an anchor strong enough to shift an event in history, into another direction.

Part II of my narratives written about the Alligator in the Ocean crimes will illustrate what anchored the wind to change and how the shift of power fell from the perpetrators clutches and into the hands of his victims.
